Bigger Chorus with Doubled Backing Vocals

Chorus differs from other parts of the song not only by the hooky melodies, but with the size. It tends to be the biggest part of the song. Sounds rational and even self-evident, but when it comes to doing it yourself, things can get complicated. How to make choruses bigger than the other parts? Songwriting, arranging and mixing are all involved. In this video I show you how you can use doubled backing vocals to create bigger choruses and other parts as well.

Hopefully you found this post helpful. If there’s anything you want me to cover in the future videos let me know. Send me an email or leave a comment below. Ask if there’s anything unclear or if I left something out. Cheers!
